Tax Time Services Project

Over the course of our Tax Time Services project, we have created many tools, visualizations, and other materials that may be of interest or of use to anyone simply wishing to learn more about our project or actively pursuing similar goals. These resources were developed specifically to facilitate innovation in Volunteer Income Tax Preparation (VITA) services in New York City, but we encourage you to adapt them to financial empowerment projects in other contexts as well.

We will be adding further resources to this page as our project progresses, so be sure to check back regularly and contact us if you have questions, suggestions, or ideas about our work. For more general information about the participatory service design methodology employed by this and other Designing for Financial Empowerment projects, please see our process pages.
